The Upton 2-Light Bath & Vanity Light by Hudson Valley Lighting is a compact aged brass vanity light built around two opal matte glass shades. The milky glass gives an even, glare-free glow, and the solid brass frame is finished in a soft aged brass that warms the white glass without overpowering it. The silhouette is simple and balanced, with the two shades set symmetrically on a slim backplate. It fits a transitional bath that leans either classic or contemporary, and it pairs comfortably with brass faucets, marble counters, or painted cabinetry.
Center this aged brass vanity light above a single mirror, use a pair to flank a wider vanity, or mount it in a powder room where space is tight. It takes two 50-watt G9 bulbs. The fixture measures 11.5 inches wide and 8.5 inches tall and projects 5.25 inches from the wall, a shallow profile that keeps it out of the way. A damp rating makes it suitable for bathrooms.
