Lighting Reimagined (LRI)
Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Condition Required:
New, unused, and in original packaging. Customer must contact Customer Care to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any item.

Fees / Restocking:
No restocking fee if return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or shipping error. Returns initiated after 30 days may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee if approved.

Notes & Special Cases:
Custom and made-to-order items, floor models, clearance items, and any modified or installed products are non-returnable. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
