The tobacco leaf pattern has been on dinner tables since the eighteenth century, when it arrived as fine china and became the most prized of its day. Drawn from Asian plants and Indian textiles, it layers hibiscus and pomegranate motifs into a dense, bright profusion. Reworked here for the Williamsburg collection, it wraps a hexagonal porcelain lamp body on a lucite base, with aged brass hardware and an aged brass metal finial.

The pattern carries colour, so give it a console, an entry table or a bedside where it can be the focus.
