The Thayer Extra Large Lantern by Sean Lavin for Visual Comfort is an eight-light take on the traditional four-sided lantern, its frame softened by graceful curves. The sleek steel structure works in both modern and traditional interiors, in Smith Steel or Antique Gild. More than three feet tall, it suits a double-height foyer, a grand stair hall or a large dining room.
