A sculptural base gives the Tharold Table Lamp by Hudson Valley Lighting a real sense of motion. This gold leaf table lamp rests on delicate, curving legs that let it stand in a triangular stance, and its asymmetry means it looks different from every angle. The iron and aluminum form is finished in Vintage Gold Leaf, whose shimmer adds even more movement across the curves. A white fabric shade keeps the top simple and lets the base take center stage. It feels like a small sculpture that also happens to light a room.
At 26 inches tall and 16 inches wide, this gold leaf table lamp suits a sofa table, a bedside table, or a desk in a dressing room. It takes one 60 watt E26 medium base bulb, with a full range dimmer on the socket. It is listed as damp rated, unusual for a table lamp and handy in a bathroom.
