Natural stone takes center stage on the Remsen Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting. This alabaster wall sconce is a large rectangular block of alabaster lit from behind by an LED, which brings out a long, graceful seam running down the front and the delicate veining throughout the stone. The Aged Brass metalwork is simple and almost completely hidden, so the alabaster appears to float on the wall. It is a straightforward, quietly confident design that pairs easily with modern and transitional interiors alike.

This alabaster wall sconce is compact at 5 inches square and 3.25 inches deep, which makes it ADA compliant and well suited to hallways, powder rooms and stair landings. Mounted in a row, several create a calm rhythm of light along a corridor. The integrated LED glows at 3000K and works with TRIAC dimmers. A damp rating means bathrooms are no problem, and the stone pairs especially well with marble surfaces.
