Organic shapes meet clean lines in the Pound Ridge Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting. This glass wall sconce features a soft, shallow dome of clear glass, reminiscent of a mushroom cap or a bubble, wrapped around an inner alabaster diffuser. The two layers swell around the light source and turn a bare bulb into a gentle, rounded glow. Behind it, a sleek rectangular steel backplate stays in the background so the glass remains the focal point. Choose Aged Brass for warmth or Distressed Bronze for a moodier, darker frame.
Use this glass wall sconce to flank a bathroom mirror, light a stair landing or add soft accent light to a dining room wall. It holds an 8 watt lamp and works with ELV and Triac dimmers. The fixture measures 7.5 inches wide by 15.75 inches tall and extends 3.75 inches from the wall, a shallow depth that also makes it ADA compliant. It is damp rated as well.
