Whimsy meets serious craftsmanship in the Monkey Book sconce. A verdigris-patinated brass monkey perches on a leather-and-penshell bound book, finished with antique brass highlights, and two candelabra lights frame the scene with a warm glow. Hung beside a fireplace or along a library wall, it reads as a small work of decorative art that also happens to light the room.
