Fresh but familiar, the Midtown 2-Light Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting is a shaded wall sconce with a literal twist. A streamlined backplate speaks to modern design, while two looping brass arms and traditional fabric shades lean toward antique style. Two combinations are offered: Aged Brass with crisp white linen shades for a bright, classic look, or Old Bronze with Garnet Linen shades for a richer, moodier color story. Either way, Midtown is a charming everyday staple with contemporary character.
Measuring 17.5 inches wide, 19.75 inches tall, and 8.25 inches deep, Midtown is well suited above a bathroom vanity, over a sideboard, or above a bed in place of separate sconces. It uses two 10 watt E12 B11 candelabra bulbs. This shaded wall sconce is damp rated, so it is fine for bathrooms, and the Garnet Linen option adds a warm touch to a study or library, while the white linen version keeps a bath bright and fresh.
