Finely woven natural jute rope is hand-wrapped in an open weave across the layered metal shades of the Mia Flush Mount, so the fixture throws texture as well as light onto the ceiling around it. An antique brass finished metal backplate anchors the shades and gives the pale fiber a warm edge.

Behind the weave, a matte opal white glass diffuser spreads the light, cuts glare, and keeps the bulb out of sight. At 19.25 inches across and 7 inches deep it works in entries, hallways, and bedrooms with lower ceilings, and it is rated for sloped installations. One 60W E26 medium bulb is hard wired at 120v and dimmer compatible. Professional installation is recommended. Coordinates with the Mia collection.
