Geometry and balance meet in the Mendon Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting, a modern aged brass wall sconce that takes its cue from the mobile without feeling whimsical. Crisp angles and an asymmetrical arm give the composition its sense of movement, while a thick clear glass shade with a grey ombre plate adds a smoky, alluring layer. The heavy glass softens the clean lines of the frame and casts a moody, filtered light. Aged Brass brings warmth to the cool gray tones, keeping the overall look architectural yet inviting.
Use Mendon to add a sculptural accent beside a fireplace, light a reading chair in a living room, or bring interest to a stair landing. This aged brass wall sconce is damp rated, so a bathroom is also an option. It measures 8.5 inches wide and 9 inches high with a 9.25-inch extension, and uses one 8-watt E12 candelabra bulb.
