The Mariposa Chandelier layers hand-cut oval coco shells in an off-white finish over a powder-coated metal frame. Each shell is shaped by hand, giving the fixture a fluttering, layered texture in which no two elements are quite identical. The included cream finished chain and canopy hanging kit completes the piece. Suspended above a dining table, in a stairwell or over a generous entry, it reads as sculpture by day and casts a warm, patterned glow by night. This is Palecek's statement-making side, rendered in natural materials.
