The traditional bell jar gets a sleek update in the Malloy 4-Light Lantern by Hudson Valley Lighting, a glass lantern pendant with an elliptical steel frame. An elongated, semi-circular shade of clear glass partly encloses the metalwork, leaving the four candelabra bulbs visible yet sheltered. A matching band runs along the top edge of the glass, fastened by screws set discreetly on the interior band. Choose Aged Iron for a dark, industrial edge or Vintage Gold Leaf for a warmer, gently gilded look. Either way, the design balances heritage and modern restraint.
Malloy measures 15.5 inches wide and 20.5 inches tall, with overall height adjustable from 20.5 to 75 inches. It brings definition to a front entry, a kitchen breakfast area, or a stair landing. This glass lantern pendant uses four 60-watt E12 candelabra bulbs, included, and is damp rated for covered porches and humid rooms. Hang two over a peninsula for a classic yet fresh look.
