Reactive ceramic finishes will not match from piece to piece, rubbed-through and aged finishes are intentional, and concrete pieces may show hairline cracks as part of the natural curing process. These variations are not considered damage or defects. Please inspect your item before installation. Damage reported after installation cannot be accepted.
