Two tall glass shades, modeled on the shades that once protected wax tapers, give the Hudson Valley Lafayette 2-Light Wall Sconce its colonial character, finished in aged brass. Each clear shade has a scalloped edge and etched grain motif, and cast beading rings the heavy circular backplate. It is a handsome choice beside a fireplace, over a console or along a traditional hallway.
