The Killian Flush Mount by Troy Lighting sets a clear glass cylinder around a shallow patina brass funnel, so the two read as one shade. A round clear globe bulb drops from the open center like a bead of water. At 16" across and 6.5" tall it sits close to the ceiling of a kitchen, hall or bath. It takes a G25 bulb and is damp rated.
