Glass and metal meet in an unexpected way on the Kert 2-Light Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting. This clear glass wall sconce sets two half-round shades behind the bulbs, joined at a central steel ring that gives the whole piece a sculptural presence. Seen from the side, the glass curves frame the light like a pair of open shells. It is generous in scale yet light in feel thanks to the transparent glass. Choose Black Brass for a deeper, moodier look or Aged Brass for warmth, and mount it vertically or horizontally depending on the wall.
The clear glass wall sconce works flanking a fireplace, lighting a long hallway, or above a bathroom mirror, where its damp rating comes into play. Mounting it horizontally suits a wide vanity, while a vertical orientation fits narrow wall space. It uses two 60-watt E26 medium base bulbs. Each fixture measures 11.75 inches wide and 11.75 inches tall, extending 13 inches from the wall.
