Large in scale and designed to draw the eye upward, the Jupiter Pendant by Hudson Valley Lighting makes a dramatic impression even when it is switched off. An aged brass frame is wrapped tightly in white stretch fabric, giving this fabric pendant light a smooth, sculptural surface. Once lit, the glow fills the form and bounces off the ringed canopy above, adding a second layer of light at the ceiling. The planetary name suits its bold, rounded presence, and Jupiter is offered in two pendant sizes.
With a 19.75 inch width, this fabric pendant light suits a dining room, a bedroom, or a double-height entry. Overall height adjusts from 20.5 to 74.5 inches. It takes one 100 watt E26 medium base bulb, enough output to make the fabric glow brightly. It is damp rated, so a covered porch or a large bathroom is also possible, and the white fabric reads clean in airy, modern rooms.
