The Hoshi Chandelier by Corbett Lighting is a vintage brass chandelier from the Noz Nozawa collection inspired by Hoshigaki, the traditional Japanese practice of drying persimmons. The fruit, once hung from wooden rods and string, is reimagined here as three soft silk shades suspended from a T-bar and link chain in Vintage Brass. The lantern-like shapes nod to the paper Akari lamps of Isamu Noguchi, and the lightweight silk gives the light a warm, diffused quality with a gentle handmade charm.

This vintage brass chandelier is 44 inches wide and 60.75 inches high, with an overall height adjustable from 33.5 to 105 inches. Hang it above a kitchen island, over a dining table, or in a tall entryway where the shades can hang at different levels. It takes three 15-watt E26 medium A19 bulbs and is damp rated. Its playful form adds personality without overwhelming the room. Pair it with natural wood for a calm look.
