- 30 Day Return Policy (no restocking fees). If return is started after 30 days a 25% restocking fee may apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Item must be in original packaging & resaleable condition. Returns must not be installed.
- If item arrives Damaged or Defective, please send photos or video to customercare@lightingreimagined.com within 5 business days of receipt. Damaged or Defective items must not be installed.
- Items marked as Discontinued/Close Out are not eligible for return. Custom products cannot be returned.
- Natural & Handcrafted Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of many Currey & Company pieces, dimensions, color, and finish may vary slightly from item to item and from product photography. Reactive ceramic finishes will not match from piece to piece, rubbed-through and aged finishes are intentional, and concrete pieces may show hairline cracks as part of the natural curing process. These variations are not considered damage or defects. Please inspect your item before installation. Damage reported after installation cannot be accepted.
