The larger Hayes wraps a 28-inch steel frame in two tiers of faceted crystal prisms, a dense arrangement that reads almost frameless and throws light in every direction. It has the width to anchor a dining table, a great room or a generous foyer. Sixteen E12 candelabra sockets accept up to 60 watts each and are dimmable, with bulbs sold separately. Seventy-two inches of chain give an overall height range of 23.25 to 95 inches, and the canopy adapts to sloped ceilings. Hayes is dry rated for interior spaces. It is finished in Polished Nickel, whose cool silver tone suits both traditional rooms and cleaner contemporary ones. 28″W × 20.5″H.
