A familiar silhouette is refined with unusual materials in the Harwich 28.75" Tall Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting. This textured glass wall sconce wraps a curved piastra glass shade around a thick cylindrical metal frame set on a rectangular backplate. The glass is textured by a special technique that breaks up the light into a soft, shimmering glow, giving the fixture a glamorous, luxurious feel. It comes in Polished Nickel, bright and reflective, or Aged Brass, which adds warmth. Harwich is made as a 1-light or 2-light sconce, and this tall version emphasizes the vertical line.
Mount a pair beside a bathroom mirror, flank a bedroom headboard, or install it horizontally above a vanity or a piece of art, since it can be hung either way. The textured glass wall sconce is 3.5" wide and 28.75" tall, with a 4" extension that makes it ADA compliant. It is damp rated for bathroom use, and its slim width suits narrow walls between windows or doors.
