A classic candle lantern reimagined for today, the Gill 4-Light Pendant by Hudson Valley Lighting is an aged brass pendant that encloses a central cluster of candlesticks inside a glass bubble. The candles and the aged brass framework feel historical, while the round, bubble-like shade looks distinctly forward-thinking. The sphere is made with a champagne swirl glass technique, which tints the light and adds a sense of motion to the surface. Contemporary in style, Gill is also offered in a three-light version for smaller spaces.

Gill is 19.5 inches wide and 20 inches tall, a balanced size for an entry, a dining room, or a stair landing. Overall height adjusts from 27.5 to 78.5 inches. It uses four 8 watt E12 candelabra bulbs, and the low wattage keeps the glow warm and intimate. This aged brass pendant is damp rated, so it can also hang in a covered porch, and the swirled glass looks lovely from below as well as at eye level.
