Maitland-Smith's Game Bird is a pair of brass bird sculptures finished in a verdigris patina and set with tiger penshell inlaid accents. The green patina gives the brass an aged, weathered look, while the penshell inlay adds a contrasting natural texture, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Display the pair on a mantel, bookshelf or console table to bring a traditional, sporting note to a study, library or living room.
