Standing six feet tall, the Vincenso is a full-length mirror with an unusually generous carved frame.

Carved from mahogany over a plywood and iron structure, the frame is finished in antiqued gold leaf applied by hand in fine sheets. That method is what produces the particular quality of the surface: leaf settles into every hollow of the carving and wears very slightly across the raised edges, so the gold reads as softened and long-established rather than newly gilded. A machine-applied finish cannot reproduce that gradation, which is precisely why the traditional technique survives.

That proportion is deliberate: this is an object first and a mirror second. Place it in a hallway, a dressing room or a bedroom where its height can be read fully.
