Two layers of woven rattan give the Tavira Chandelier a soft, dappled light quite unlike crystal. It trades crystal and cut glass for something warmer and more tactile, without losing any of the presence a chandelier is expected to bring.

Two layers of woven rattan form the body of the design, one nested within the other, so light passing through the outer weave is filtered a second time before reaching the room. The effect is a captivating, dappled glow rather than a flat wash, with the woven pattern casting its own soft shadows across a ceiling. An iron and stainless steel structure carries the weave, while brass and aluminium detailing on the chain picks up the honeyed tones of the natural rattan and keeps the composition cohesive from ceiling plate to shade.
