A wide off-white linen drum softens a wheel of lights in the Durham Linear Chandelier by Hudson Valley, an island light with a streamlined style that doesn't point to any specific era. It works especially well over a kitchen island or long dining table in transitional and neutral spaces. It takes eight 40-watt E12 candelabra bulbs, is damp rated, and comes in several finishes. 39.25″W × 11.75″H.
