An elevated take on the familiar can light, the Dighton Flush Mount by Hudson Valley Lighting is clean and modern with just enough detail to stand out. This cylinder flush mount uses decorative knurling on its iron and aluminum body to add visual depth to the minimalist form. A Solite glass lens at the bottom provides optimal diffusion, so the light is soft and even rather than harsh. Choose Aged Brass for a vintage, sophisticated look or Distressed Bronze for a more industrial attitude.
At 4.75 inches wide and 7.5 inches tall, Dighton is compact enough to line a hallway, light a closet, or provide focused light over a kitchen workspace or a bathroom shower area. The cylinder flush mount uses one 10-watt GU10 bulb and is damp rated. Group several together in a grid to create a modern alternative to recessed lighting in a modern kitchen or a long gallery.
