Modernist geometry and LED lamping make the Deptford 18" Picture Light by Hudson Valley Lighting as functional as it is slim. This knurled picture light has a streamlined cylindrical shade with knurling along its length, a fine texture that adds visual interest without drawing attention from the art. A white acrylic diffuser evens out the light across the canvas. Two finishes are offered: Distressed Bronze for a darker, low-key profile or Aged Brass for a warmer accent. Deptford also comes as table and floor lamps, so pieces can be coordinated.
At 18 inches wide, this knurled picture light suits a small to medium painting, framed prints on a hallway wall or a bookshelf that needs task lighting. It extends 7.5 inches and is 3 inches tall. The integrated LED is rated at 12 watts and produces 700 lumens at 2700K, a warm tone that flatters most artwork. Damp locations are permitted as well.
