Shaped like a chalice, the Columbus Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting pairs romantic fluting with structured metalwork. A tulip-shaped shade and stem of topaz-toned cast glass glow with an earthy amber warmth, and the fluted surface softens the light. A crisp metal cuff and backplate in Aged Brass frame the glass and add definition. This amber glass wall sconce brings a dose of color to transitional and contemporary interiors without feeling heavy. Use it on its own as an accent, or in pairs for symmetry.
Mount a pair on either side of a powder room mirror, beside a bed or along a dining room wall for a warm, candle-like glow. The amber glass wall sconce is 5.5" wide and 14.75" tall and extends 6.25" from the wall. Light comes from one 10 watt E12 candelabra B11 bulb, and the sconce is damp rated. The tinted glass gives the light a gentle, flattering warmth.
