A sharply tapered cone defines the Clermont 20" 2-Light Pendant by Hudson Valley Lighting, an alabaster pendant light that the brand calls a luxurious basic for modern homes. A flat alabaster diffuser closes the bottom of the steel shade, and when lit, the glow passes through the stone and also washes up over the clerestory, creating two layers of soft light. Choose Aged Brass for warmth or Distressed Bronze for a deeper, moodier finish. As with any natural stone, the alabaster varies slightly from piece to piece.

At 20 inches wide and only 9.25 inches tall, Clermont has a low profile that works well over a dining table, in a bedroom, or in a kitchen with modest ceiling height. Overall height adjusts from 12.75 to 66.5 inches. It uses two 21 watt light sources and is dimmable with ELV and TRIAC controls. This alabaster pendant light is damp rated, so it is also suitable for a bathroom.
