The Citizen Pendant by Troy Lighting hangs a small smoky glass shade with a pinched, rippled shape from a polished nickel cap on a black cord. A vintage-style bulb shows through the glass. At 4.75" across and 9.75" tall it adjusts from 13.5" to 124" high, suiting a kitchen island in a row or a bedside. It takes a medium-base bulb and is dry rated.
