The Chatham Pendant by Hudson Valley Lighting takes its cues from the old villages of New England, where local craftsmen shaped both furniture and architecture. This slim polished nickel pendant has a turned brass body that suggests lathe-cut woodwork, finished in bright Polished Nickel. A glossy opal glass shade hangs below, capped by a beaded metal ring that draws the eye to the detailing. The look is crisp and heritage-minded, a small fixture with careful craftsmanship that works as well in a renovated farmhouse as in a city apartment.
Only 4.5 inches wide and 10.75 inches tall, this polished nickel pendant is made for tight spots: hang several in a line over a narrow island, use one above a kitchen sink, or pair two beside a bed in place of lamps. Overall height adjusts from 13.75 to 67.75 inches. It uses one 75 watt E26 medium bulb and is damp rated, so a bathroom or covered porch is also fair game.
