Handmade materials take on a quiet architectural form in the Celmins Floor Lamp by Hudson Valley Lighting. A natural extension of the Cy floor lamp, this paper shade floor lamp tops a Black Iron frame with an angular shade crafted from handmade paper. Mushroom-hued whipstitching trims the edges, a thoughtful detail that speaks to the artistry behind its construction. When lit, the paper glows with a soft, warm texture, and the dark iron gives the contemporary design a crisp, graphic outline that keeps it grounded.

Rising 64 inches with a 22-inch shade, Celmins stands comfortably beside a sofa, next to a lounge chair in a bedroom, or in the corner of a study that needs gentle ambient light. The paper shade floor lamp uses one 15-watt E26 medium A19 bulb and includes a full range dimmer. It is dry rated. Coordinating 1- and 2-light Celmins sconces are available for walls nearby.
