Overlapping metal petals swirl into a flower in the Brookhaven 22" Flush Mount by Hudson Valley Lighting, a gold leaf flush mount that draws the eye from every angle. The petals are finished in Vintage Gold Leaf and surround a white glass globe; Hudson Valley describes the glass as opal glossy. Light from the globe reflects off the curving petals, filling the room with a warm, golden glow. The artful form brings a sculptural, slightly glamorous presence to the ceiling while staying close to it, so it never overwhelms the space below.
At 22 inches wide and 9.75 inches tall, Brookhaven is a strong choice for a bedroom, a dining room with a low ceiling, or a dressing room. It takes one 60-watt E26 medium bulb and is damp rated, so a primary bath is also suitable. This gold leaf flush mount is part of a family that includes pendants in two sizes, letting you repeat the floral motif elsewhere.
