Streamlined and disc-shaped, the Bern 18" 3-Light Flush Mount by Hudson Valley Lighting has a distinctly futuristic feel. This brass flush mount relies on a minimal shade punctuated with perforations, and as light passes through the tiny openings it scatters a starry pattern that stands out against the deep metal tones. Choose Vintage Brass on its own for a warm, unified finish, or Vintage Brass paired with Bronze for a darker, more dramatic contrast. The design keeps a low profile while still offering visual interest from below.
With an 18-inch diameter and a 6.75-inch height, Bern suits hallways, walk-in closets, and bedrooms with standard ceiling heights where a hanging fixture would get in the way. The brass flush mount uses three 10-watt E12 candelabra B11 bulbs and is damp rated, so it can also light a bathroom. Use two or three in sequence along a long corridor for an even rhythm of starry light.
