Traditional lantern lighting gets an organic modern update in the Barlow 8-Light Lantern by Hudson Valley Lighting, an aged brass lantern with rattan-wrapped candlesticks. The natural rattan brings warmth and texture to the aged brass frame, and the candlesticks are set in two directions, some pointing up and some down, so the clear glass enclosure fills with bright, even light. The steel construction keeps the outline crisp. It is a transitional design that bridges classic lantern form and the relaxed feel of natural materials.

Barlow measures 14 inches wide and 21.5 inches tall, a compact size for a foyer, a stair landing, a kitchen island in pairs, or a breakfast room. Overall height adjusts from 26.75 to 77.75 inches. It uses eight 40 watt E12 candelabra bulbs. This aged brass lantern is damp rated, so it can also hang in a covered porch or sunroom where the rattan feels right at home.
