Natural & Handcrafted Variations: Phillips Collection pieces are crafted from natural and often one-of-a-kind materials, including wood, stone, metal, and hand-woven materials. Variations in color, texture, grain, shape, size, and finish are inherent to these materials and the handcrafted process. Wood may include knots, gouges, small cracks, nail holes, and other natural characteristics, while handcrafted metal may show welding marks. Upholstered pieces may have minor imperfections due to their hand-woven construction. Antique and one-of-a-kind pieces may vary significantly in appearance and dimensions. These natural and handcrafted variations are not considered damage or defects and are not grounds for return.
