- If item arrives Damaged or Defective, please send photos or video to customercare@lightingreimagined.com so we can work with the manufacturer on making it right for you. Damaged or Defective items must not be installed.

- Natural & Handcrafted Variations: Noir pieces are handcrafted, and each piece is unique. Variations in dimension, finish, distressing, and overall appearance from product photography are common and expected. Wood may include knots, gouges, nail holes, and natural movement. Metal may show welding marks and variations in tone or luster. Stone may vary in color, pattern, texture, and veining, and hand-woven fabrics may include tie-off knots and natural inconsistencies. Multiple units ordered together are not guaranteed to be identical. These natural and handcrafted variations are not considered damage or defects and are not grounds for return.
