Vintage silhouettes take a futuristic slant in the Allanton 2-Light Wall Sconce by Hudson Valley Lighting. This perforated wall sconce features an hourglass shade, cinched at the waist, that pivots on a swivel so you can aim it where you need it. The steel shade is studded with small perforations that scatter light across nearby surfaces in a pattern of dots, turning the wall itself into part of the design. Allanton is offered in aged brass for a warm glow or historic bronze for a darker, more grounded look.

Measuring 5.25 inches wide and 17.5 inches tall with a 12-inch extension, Allanton reaches far enough to work as a bedside reading light, a vanity sconce in a primary bath, or an accent beside a living room bookshelf. It takes two 15-watt E26 medium A19 bulbs and is damp rated, which makes crossing from bedroom to bathroom easy. Angle the perforated wall sconce toward the wall to make the most of its dotted light pattern.
