The Adrianna Double Sconce by Ralph Lauren carries the collection's gilded iron finish and pleated silk shades to the wall. Intricate etchings adorn its slender, sinuous metalwork, and twin silk shades cast the same old-world, romantic glow that distinguishes the larger Adrianna chandeliers.
