The Adamson Medium Outdoor Wall Sconce by Troy Lighting hangs a tapered clear glass lantern with one candle light from a hook on a tall, rectangular backplate. The hand-worked aluminum is finished in French iron. At 19" tall and 10" wide it extends 11", suiting a front door, garage or porch. It uses a candelabra bulb and is wet rated.
