Knots, gouges, small cracks & nail holes are inherent characteristics of many wood products & DO NOT constitute damage/defects. All metal will have welding marks since all items are made by hand. All Stone is unique & variations in color, shape & size are to be expected. All upholstered items are hand woven and will have some sort of minor imperfections.
