PALECEK products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship to our original retail customer for one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. PALECEK products are made from natural materials and may vary in color, size, and texture. Normal wear and tear, damage from chemical or abrasive cleaners, and pet exposure is not covered. PALECEK is not responsible for damage or injury from misuse or the result of the installation of our products. Damage due to freight, handling, abuse, or acts of nature are not covered. We caution the consumer against improper cleaning, abuse or negligence, exposure to sunlight or extreme heat as these can cause damage to PALECEK products and are not covered by this warranty. Please contact PALECEK Customer Service for cleaning and care instructions.
