Stasis, meaning inactivity caused by opposing equal forces, is manifested in the Stasis Floor Lamp to create a balanced design. Sweeping hand-forged iron tapers upwards holding the illuminating opaque lampshade, while being bolstered by a similarly tapered piece less than a quarter of its size. Incandescent bulbs encased in the beautiful cylindrical lampshade generate warm ambient illumination.
