The Root Small Silver Dining Table Base is made of composite that has been molded to look like a piece of aged wood that it took nature eons to create, then covered in a gleaming silver leaf finish. If damages are not noted at this time Phillips Collection will assume damages occurred while in possession of the customer & NO CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED. Damages including concealed damage, along with any shortages, must be reported within One (1) Business Day.
- The materials used in the making of Phillips Collection pieces is natural - from distressed lumber & natural woods, stones, custom metal work & many other natural & one-of-a-kind elements. Knots, gouges, small cracks & nail holes are inherent characteristics of many wood products & DO NOT constitute damage/defects. All metal will have welding marks since all items are made by hand. All metal, wood & Stone is unique & variations in color, shape & size are to be expected. All upholstered items are hand woven and will have some sort of minor imperfections. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, dimensions, details & / or colors represented may vary. The antique / one of a kind product may vary significantly, & any differences in sizing, shape, color to these one-of-a-kind pieces DOES NOT constitute damages & will not be accepted to be returned.
