For products which Gabby finds to be defective, Gabby will supply repair parts, replace, or provide an allowance for local repair at our option, for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original shipment. Discontinued products purchased at discounted prices are purchased “as is,” and are not covered by any warranty. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all warranties will expire one (1) year after the date of discontinuation of any product.
