Founded in 1870 by Adolph Schonbek in Bohemia, Schonbek Lighting has a rich heritage of crafting custom crystal chandeliers. Initially popular with European aristocracy, Schonbek chandeliers adorned royal courts, Buckingham Palace, and the White House. After relocating to Montreal in 1947, the brand continued its legacy of excellence under the leadership of Adolph's grandson, Arnold Schonbek. Today, Schonbek is a global name in crystal chandeliers, known for its authentic European craftsmanship, with artisans handcrafting metal frames and individually pinning each crystal.
