Marjorie Skouras

Marjorie Skouras is a prominent interior designer who describes her style as "fairly traditional, but almost always with a twist, & playfulness is a constant element".  Her love for nature & lush gardens across the world are a large influence to her style.  

After a 17-year career in the film industry as an Executive Vice President, Marjorie had decided a career change was in order at the age of 40.  With a background & love for design, she jumped into interior design & started her own firm Marjorie Skouras Design LLC.  

Marjorie's first collection with Currey & Company debuted in 2010, & the continued collaboration yields daring, elegant, beautiful lighting pieces.  

She has been featured in Architectural Digest, Interior Design Magazine, Elle Décor, House & Garden, House Beautiful, Harper’s Bazaar as well as many more international & regional publications.
